As the Chief Operating Officer, retired Army Colonel and Co-Founder of Tri-Kore, Mike brings over 40 years of leadership in logistics, sustainment, and enterprise program management across defense and government operations. He has led large-scale initiatives integrating supply chain, maintenance, readiness, and organizational transformation in support of global missions.
As Assistant Chief of Staff, G-4 for the 335th Signal Command, he directed logistics strategy for over 8,000 Soldiers, overseeing supply, maintenance, transportation, and sustainment operations. He also served as a senior voting member on the Program Budget Advisory Committee, managing a team of 26 and spearheading modernization efforts including GCSS-Army and Stryker NBC vehicle integration.
At USASMDC, Mike led the G-4 Operations and Readiness Division, aligning logistics with acquisition strategies and supporting missile defense readiness. He managed enterprise systems, developed policy, and oversaw budget planning and execution to optimize multimillion-dollar sustainment efforts.
Earlier, while at AMCOM, Mike served as Senior Logistics Plans Officer during the Ulchi Freedom Guardian exercise in Korea, enabling aviation logistics support for joint operations. He was later appointed Chief of the IMMC Strategic Integration Office’s Plans and Operations Branch, where he led the organizational transition of 100+ civilian personnel and helped establish the office’s mission and structure.
Mike’s leadership is rooted in strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, and accountable delivery. He holds a Master of Science in Logistics Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
