He has directed enterprise programs supporting 14,000+ personnel, managed operational budgets exceeding $28 million, and delivered measurable improvements in readiness, task management, and digital modernization.

Throughout his career—including key leadership roles at USASMDC, Army Reserve Sustainment Command, and on combat advisory missions in Afghanistan—David has consistently driven mission success, cutting response times by 50%, improving inspection readiness by 25%, and overseeing large-scale transitions to cloud-based collaboration systems. In the private sector, he’s supported Fortune 100 clients through IT modernization and quality assurance programs.
